| Mission Statement | The Junior League of Denver, Incorporated, founded in 1918, is focused on improving the health and education of women and children in the Metro Denver area.
Our focus is accomplished by providing trainings that strengthen the connection between childcare providers and the children they work with; empowering parents to reach their professional potential teaching techniques for job searching, resume writing, interviewing skills, and even help them shop for appropriate work and interview attire; we provide books to low income children, while volunteers teach their parents how to recognize teaching moments in real life situations, educating them in interactive play-based environments, using books, art and music. | |
